We’re looking beyond the catwalk for the best fashion on the street at New Zealand Fashion Week. Here are some highlights from day four. 

REX TURNBULL

JOHN PARSONS (L) RAY CAMPUS (R)

John is most looking forward to the Starving Artist Fund show, and Ray is most hyped for Zambesi. John’s staple wardrobe essential is a nice blazer. Ray’s favourite piece he owns is, “My Balenciaga sneakers, of course.”

DENAH NICHOLS

Denah’s favourite wardrobe item is her Gucci Belt.

AIDA KIANI

Aida is just about to launch her own range of suits named Ziba Chic. 

JOHANNA-MAY MANKS

Johanna-May is wearing a Trelise Cooper Coat and Claire Bloom blue fur and green dress.

ARABIA

Arabia is a stylist – she told us as she strutted towards the camera outside the town hall entranceway, rushing to greet her friends at the door.

JUAN (L) AND ELIAS 

Both are wearing Sweepstake Winners suits.

JESSIE, MINNIE AND OSCAR

They are most looking forward to Cecilia Kang Couture, which they were rushing off towards to escape the rain, which started just after this picture was taken.

BEN BOYNE 

Ben is the designer of a new label, Common People Studio, which is where his bag is from.
